Returns:

Our number #1 priority is customer service! We hand pick and meticulously examine each rug before it is shipped. However, because these rugs are natural, no two rugs are identical. There are slight variations in size, color, and texture. Natural rugs are not manufactured! They occur naturally and may contain slight imperfections.

If you would like to return or exchange an item, you may do so within 15 days of placing your order, given that it is in its same original condition when shipped from our store. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee unless the item(s) returned are exchanged. The total money returned will be the cost of the item(s) minus the shipping costs and 15% restocking fee. We do not charge for shipping if you keep the item, but if the item(s) is returned, then the shipping cost and 15% restocking fee is deducted from the total cost of money returned to you. If the item is defective then you will receive a complete refund. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs involved with a return or exchange unless the item is defective. Orders cancelled prior to shipment will receive a full refund. But you have to be fast because we ship'em out quick!
